In-Store Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 14 days from the original date of purchase.
All returns/exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt*, and refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Merchandise purchased on a credit card will be refunded to the original card only. Best efforts will be made to refund merchandise purchased on a debit card to the original card.
Credit Card returns will be issued in 3-5 business days
Restrictions: The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable: (1) All sale and clearance merchandise designated with red tag; (2) Merchandise that is not in its original packaging and condition.
Merchandise may not have been worn at any time.

Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition, with all tags attached
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Customized or special-order items are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return

- Receive Return Instructions: We will provide return shipping details.
- Ship the Item Back: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Get Your Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund (minus any shipping fees) or send a replacement within 5-7 business days.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If the return does not meet our policy guidelines, it may be denied or subject to a restocking fee.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will provide a prepaid return label to correct the issue.
